Welcome to Caen. The city of William the Conqueror, a jewel of French heritage, fell victim to an unprecedented disaster in the second half of the 1990s. 

Home to one of France's linear accelerators, the city of a hundred spires experienced a severe technological setback, while a large part of the city was devastated and black water, the origin of which remains to be determined, flooded the lower levels. The carelessness of the 80s is well and truly over and the new decade, marked by degeneration, looks set to be the decade of all dangers.

The France of the 90s includes a complete game settingfor Things from the Flood and Tales from the Loop (the city of Caen, Normandy), three new stereotypes and four new scenarios.
