With four 500 piece puzzles in one box, you’ll be taken on a journey with the children during the Second World War. Saying goodbye was hard, but for some arriving in the countryside brought new friends and experiences. After months or sometimes years, the children were returned home. Much had inevitably changed, but friendly faces were ready to collect them and rejoice at their homecoming. As with all Gibsons jigsaws, we use 100% recycled puzzle board, FSC paper and work with the best artists from all around the world. The beautifully illustrated pieces are designed to fit perfectly with no puzzle ‘dust’, in fact we use the thickest puzzle board on the market. Everyone loves a Gibsons jigsaw, even Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has been spotted with one. Same great puzzles, kinder to the environment. This jigsaw puzzle is planet-friendly. Not only does the box have a fresh new look, but we’ve used biodegradable clear labels to secure the lid instead of shrink wrap to reduce our plastic waste. There is a HUV coating on the box for extra protection, to ensure your puzzle doesn’t damaged and the pieces are stored in a plastic bag that can be recycled by some councils. Because the box is slightly smaller than our previous designs, we need less room to transport our products which reduces our carbon footprint and means you can store your puzzles more easily. We have also popped an artwork poster inside for you to reference whilst you piece together your lovely jigsaw puzzle.
